The fourth MaxWork workout is the Kettlebells Carry.
It involves carrying two hand-held weights over a distance of 200m. Depending on the category, the athlete chooses the appropriate weights and covers the distance with them. The weights must be held in the hands for the entire distance. If the athlete needs to rest, he/she may put the weights down. After crossing the finish line the athlete puts the weights back in the designated place.
For the Women's category two weights of 16 kg each
For the men's category two weights of 24kg each
- For mixed teams 2×24 kg
- For unisex teams WW 2x 16kg
- For unisex teams MM 2x 24kg
MaxWork DUETS
The resting athlete walks behind the working athlete. If the walking athlete interferes with other participants by, among other things, crossing lanes, the team will be penalised with a distance penalty of 10m, which they must cover in addition.
7 workouts in should be done together. However, it is up to each team member individually how far in distance or how many repetitions he/she will do. MAXWORK DUETY training follows the principle of "YGIG" (YOU GO AND GO), which means that when athlete 1 is working, athlete 2 is resting. Therefore, only one team member can be active. The number of shifts per station is arbitrary. A training station is complete when the entire distance or repetitions are done.
